The SEL and Trauma-Informed Skills program helps youth build emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Many young people face stress, trauma, or challenging life circumstances, and this program provides them with tools to understand their emotions, develop self-confidence, and build positive relationships in a supportive environment.
